Mumbai, June 3 -- In a significant decision regarding the Maharashtra government's flagship Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today announced that no recovery will be made from the 81 lakh women beneficiaries who were recently declared ineligible for failing to complete the mandatory e-KYC process.
However, funds received by male beneficiaries who allegedly fraudulently availed themselves of the women-centric scheme, will be recovered compulsorily.
