Kolhapur, Aug. 11 -- Four youths were killed on the spot while two others were injured in an accident which occurred near Shirwal in Satara district this morning on the Pune-Bangalore national highway.
According to Shirwal police, a speeding car travelling from Pune toward Satara lost control, hit the divider, and overturned into the opposite lane before colliding with a truck at early morning (1:10 AM).
In this incident four 19 to 20-year-old occupants were killed on the spot, while two others were seriously injured and rushed to hospital.
