Mumbai, May 10 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis extended warm congratulations to Suvendu Adhikari following the swearing-in ceremony held in Kolkata today.
In a post on social media platform X along with photographs from the oath-taking ceremony, the occasion was described as "a new chapter of good governance", while "heartiest congratulations" were conveyed to Suvendu Adhikari on assuming office as the Chief Minister of West Bengal.
Earlier in the day, updates and visuals from the oath ceremony were also shared through Fadnavis' official social media handle as proceedings from the event continued in Kolkata.
