Mumbai, July 30 -- Shiv Sena (Shinde) leader and MLC, Dr. Neelam Gorhe, has submitted a representation to Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule drawing attention to serious difficulties being faced by ordinary citizens across Maharashtra due to property transactions carried out on the basis of old registered and unregistered general powers of attorney (Kulmukhtyarnama), and the subsequent disputes raised by legal heirs.
