Pune, Aug. 20 -- In a significant order that could have wider implications for action against unauthorised constructions, the 21st Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, has rejected an application seeking a stay on demolition proceedings and restoration of the status quo in a case involving the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA).
