Nagpur, March 1 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today ordered a thorough inquiry into the deadly explosion at an explosives manufacturing facility in the district that left 17 people dead and 18 others injured.
The blast occurred at the detonator packing unit of SBL Energy Limited, a mining and industrial explosives manufacturer, situated at Raulgaon in Katol tehsil. The Chief Minister stated that a detailed investigation will be carried out to determine the exact cause of the explosion and fix accountability.
He emphasised that strict action will be taken against anyone found guilty of negligence.
