Mumbai, June 24 -- Maharashtra MLA and prominent leader Bachchu Kadu, who recently joined Shinde faction, on Wednesday sparked a fresh political debate by strongly appealing for the reunification of the two Shiv Sena factions while also launching a sharp attack on Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut.
Speaking to reporters, Kadu stressed that Shiv Sena, considered as a matter of pride for the Marathi people, should set aside its internal differences. "There are no permanent friends or enemies in politics. Both Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde should come together to strengthen their position in the state. I will pray to Goddess Bhavani for the two factions to unite and become the true voice of the Marathi people," Kadu said.
