Mumbai, Oct. 9 -- The central government has deployed more than 50,000 riot policemen affiliated with the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in New Delhi to incite riots and start a civil war during the scheduled October 10 (Saturday) protest, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) president Prakash Ambedkar, who is the grandson of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, claimed here today.
"There seems to be a conspiracy to incite civil war in the country after October 10.
