Chennai, July 30 -- The Madras High Court has dismissed as withdrawn, a poll petition filed DMK President and Former Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin seeking a probe by the Election Commission for India (ECI) for allegedly suppressing details about DMK Charitable Trust in his poll affidavit.
The plea was filed by one of the losing Kolathur Assembly constituency candidates.
Stalin had lost the recent Assembly polls from his stronghold of Kolathur after winning thrice in succession in the 2011, 2016 and 2021 polls.
