Hyderabad, July 17 -- A batch of 26 Tahsildars from Madhya Pradesh (MP), undergoing training at the Dr MCR HRD Institute, Hyderabad, visited the Telangana government's Prajavani public grievance redressal programme at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan, Begumpet, on Friday as part of an exposure visit.
State Nodal Officer for Prajavani, K Vidya Sagar, briefed the trainee officers on the objectives, institutional framework and functioning of the programme, besides explaining its technology-driven grievance redressal mechanism.
The officers observed the proceedings, interacted with officials at departmental counters and citizens, and gained first-hand knowledge of the grievance registration and disposal process.
