Kolhapur, Aug. 6 -- State Cooperation Minister Babasaheb Patil said that there was a delay in crediting the amount in the accounts of beneficiary farmers of the loan waiver due to delays in the IT system (ITC). He said the loan waiver amount will be credited to the accounts of all eligible farmers by tomorrow.
Talking to reporters here this evening, Patil also appealed to the farmers not to be in any haste or have any misunderstanding regarding the loan waiver.
Patil said that all farmers eligible for loan waiver will be given benefits. "This process has now gained momentum. There was a delay in receiving the list of income tax payers and government employees who are ineligible for loan waiver from the central government.
