Kottayam, Sept. 7 -- Literature and art empower civil society to question the rigidities of the existing system, while the written word continues to possess the power to transform society, said Member of Parliament, poet and journalist Kanimozhi Karunanidhi.
Delivering the third Rev. Dr Jose Joseph Pulavelil Memorial Lecture at Alphonsa College, Pala, Kanimozhi said diversity is the soul of India and that unity irrespective of caste, class or religion constitutes the nation's true strength.
