Srinagar, July 21 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said the Jammu and Kashmir administration was determined to dismantle drug cartels and narco-terror networks, asserting that the successful completion of 100 days of the 'Drug-Free J&K Campaign' was only the beginning of a sustained fight against the menace.
