Srinagar, May 4 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday called upon athletes to serve as ambassadors of the "Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyaan,"" and inspire the youth to shun drugs and embrace sports.
The Lieutenant Governor was speaking at the inaugural ceremony of All India Inter-University Wushu Championship at University of Kashmir.
