Imphal, May 20 -- A one-day legal awareness programme on the rights of persons with disabilities was organised at the Deaf and Mute School, Takyel, by the Royal Academy of Law, Oinam, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Manipur, the Legal Aid Clinic, Patsoi, and the Deaf and Mute School, Takyel, under the sponsorship of PM USHA.
Keisam Pradipkumar, Chairman of the Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights, who attended the programme as Chief Guest, spoke on equality and systemic accountability.
