Kolkata, April 4 -- The Left Front on Saturday released its manifesto for the West Bengal Assembly election, outlining a broad agenda centred on employment generation, industrial growth, social welfare and corruption-free governance.

The manifesto was unveiled in the presence of Left Front chairman Biman Bose and leaders of the constituent parties, with the slogan "Jobs, not temple-mosque politics" forming its core message.

Placing strong emphasis on employment and industrialisation, the LF and its associates have promised permanent jobs for every family and at least two job options for each registered unemployed individual.
