Pune, June 3 -- A new "Learn and Earn" education model inspired by Germany's dual education system has been proposed as a transformative solution to bridge the gap between education and employability in India.
With growing awareness about skill-based education and increasing emphasis by both the Central and state governments on enhancing employment opportunities, educational institutions are increasingly aligning academic programmes with industry requirements, said Human Resources expert Vishwesh Kulkarni here on Wednesday.
