Puducherry Lt.Governor K Kailashnathan, Chief Minister N Rangasamy, Deputy Speaker P Rajavelu and Legislator A K D Arumugham among others garlanded the Ambedkar statue in front of the Legislative Assembly premises on behalf of the government.
