Srinagar, June 19 -- The Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA) and Ladakh Gonpa Association (LGA) on Friday jointly called for a Ladakh Bandh and a peaceful rally on June 23 to mobilise public support over a range of issues.
The issues include the alleged delay by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in issuing the minutes of its May meeting with representatives of the Leh Apex Body (LAB) and the Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA).
