Ayodhya, July 2 -- The controversy surrounding alleged irregularities in donations at the Ram Temple continued to escalate on Thursday, as hundreds of lawyers marched to the Civil Lines police station in Ayodhya demanding action against members of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

More than 500 lawyers took to the streets in the temple town, raising slogans and seeking the registration of a first information report (FIR) against Trust members, including Champat Rai, Dr Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao, over alleged misappropriation of offerings.
