Chandigarh, April 15 -- Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday raised serious alarms over the deteriorating security situation in the state, asserting that Punjab is witnessing a total collapse of law and order.

According to the PCC chief, violent crimes such as targeted killings, extortion, and ransom demands have unfortunately become the "new normal" under the current administration.
