Sriharikota (AP), July 18 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the launch of Vikram-1, rocket, India's first privately developed launch vehicle, was a historic new frontier in India's space journey.
He said this mission highlights the talent, determination and entrepreneurial spirit of the country's youth and also shows how India's space-sector reforms are unlocking new opportunities for innovation and enterprise.
