Patna, Feb. 24 -- : union Food Processing Industries Minister and Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas national president Chirag Paswan on Tuesday termed the alleged lathi charge on protesting chowkidars and dafadars in Patna as extremely tragic and condemnable.
In a post on social media platform X, Paswan said the use of force against chowkidar and dafadar personnel, who were demonstrating in support of their demands, was deeply unfortunate. He said these personnel form the backbone of rural security and that suppressing their voices through force does not reflect a sensitive administration.
