Bengaluru, Nov. 5 -- With the rapid expansion of the semiconductor industry in the AI era creating demand for specialised engineering talent, Lam Research is using its national-level engineering challenge to prepare students for the complex, multidisciplinary requirements of advanced manufacturing.
The third edition of the Lam Research Challenge (LRC) 2026 has attracted more than 3,000 aspiring engineers and innovators from nearly 190 engineering colleges across the country, with 25 finalist teams representing 20 institutions competing in the two-day finale at PES University here on November 5 and 6.
