Patna, July 5 -- The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Sunday celebrated its 30th Foundation Day. On the occasion, the party's National President and former Bihar Chief Minister, Lalu Prasad Yadav, issued an open letter to the people, congratulating party workers and asserting that the RJD is "not just a machine to fight elections." He also launched a sharp attack on the BJP.
