Patna, Sept. 8 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday attacked the central and state governments over flood management in Bihar and funding, alleging that the state had been denied its due share of funds by successive governments at the Centre.
The former Bihar Chief Minister alleged that despite around a dozen Cabinet ministers from Bihar being part of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government at the Centre, his government in Bihar had not received its due share of the budget.
In a Facebook post targeting the present political establishments, Lalu Yadav said that Bihar's voice was still not being heard in Delhi despite the NDA having 30 MPs from the state.
