Kushinagar, April 3( UNI)The Kushinagar International Buddhist Conclave 2026 concluded with strong global participation and clear investment signals, reinforcing Uttar Pradesh's position on the global Buddhist tourism map.Organised from March 31 to April 2 at the Mahaparinirvana site of Lord Gautam Buddha, the conclave brought together over 2,000 monks, scholars, policymakers, and stakeholders, along with more than 300 international delegates from countries including Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, Bhutan, and Nepal.A key outcome of the conclave was the emergence of strong investment interest across tourism-linked sectors.
