Patna, April 5 -- With sustained efforts by the state government and strong local leadership, Kurmawan Panchayat under Konch block in Gaya district has emerged as a model village, particularly in the field of girls' education.
The panchayat has achieved a remarkable milestone, with 100 per cent of its girls now attending school regularly. Not only are they keeping pace with boys, but in several cases, they are outperforming them, becoming a strong pillar of a progressive rural society.
