Bagalkote (Karnataka), Aug. 16 -- Former Karnataka Chief Minister and union Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Sunday mounted a fresh attack on DK Shivakumar government over the NICE-BMIC project, demanding immediate implementation of court orders and alleging serious violations in land acquisition, compensation and execution of the infrastructure corridor.
Addressing reporters here, Kumaraswamy said he had written to Chief Minister Shivakumar seeking action based on recent court observations and orders, but claimed that the Chief Minister had not yet examined his letter.
