Shimla, May 3 -- Himachal Pradesh Education Minister Rohit Thakur on Sunday visited Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) and Hospital, Shimla to inquire about the condition of teachers injured in a tragic road accident that occurred in Kullu district while they were returning to Ani on Saturday evening.
The Minister met the injured teachers, including Reena Kumari and Tara Devi, and interacted with the attending doctors to obtain detailed information regarding their treatment and recovery. He directed the hospital administration to ensure that the victims receive the best possible medical care without any lapse. Senior officials accompanying him included Additional Director of Education B R Sharma and Medical Officer Dr. Satish Kanwar.
