Hyderabad, June 3 -- Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on Jana Sena chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan over his remarks on Telangana and regionalism, asserting that Telangana belongs to its people and that no one needs to teach the state lessons on patriotism.

Addressing a "Meet the Press" programme organised by the Press Club at Somajiguda on the occasion of completion of 12 years of Telangana Formation, KTR said Telangana was achieved after decades of struggle and sacrifice and warned leaders to be sensitive while speaking about the sentiments of the people of the state.
