Hyderabad, March 15 -- Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) working president K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Sunday strongly condemned drug usage and said anyone involved in using or peddling narcotics should be strictly punished, irrespective of their political affiliation.
In a post on social media, KTR said drug abuse destroys lives and "creates monsters out of human beings," expressing concern that even people holding responsible positions were allegedly resorting to such activities.
Stating that he was personally against drugs and illicit substances, KTR said the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) also condemns drug usage and all illegal activities.
