Bengaluru, Sept. 2 -- The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) recruitment examination controversy has escalated into a major credibility crisis, with the CID investigation reportedly uncovering evidence of pre-examination access to questions and alleged links between an IAS officer and the suspected kingpin in the case.
IAS officer Gyanendra, who has been arrested in connection with the case, has reportedly admitted during the investigation that he met Basavaraj Kannale, identified as a key accused, but maintained that he had no role in any recruitment deal.
