Pune, Sept. 27 -- Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has recorded its strongest-ever project launch, with over 600 apartments booked and sales exceeding Rs 600 crore within 60 hours of launching its 'Vyana at The Reserve' project at Vadgaon in Pune.
The project is part of 'The Reserve', a 20-acre residential development along the Sinhgad Road corridor. The overall project has a potential saleable area of around 5 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 4,000 crore, to be launched in multiple phases.
The first phase comprises two- and three-bedroom residences along with more than 40 amenities, including sports, recreation and wellness facilities, said a release here today.
