Kolkata, Sept. 19 -- Announcing a set of rules for Durga Puja organisers, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has fixed a two-week window for putting up advertisement hoardings in the city.
A checklist of standard operating procedures has been issued by the civic body for putting up advertisement hoardings during the forthcoming festival. The civic body has issued strict guidelines for putting up advertisement hoardings, limiting the period to seven days before Mahalaya and seven days after Bijaya Dashami.
