Kolkata, Feb. 24 -- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming to strengthen water sector initiatives has been signed between the Central autonomous institution Syama Prasad Mookerjee National Institute of Water and Sanitation (), Kolkata, and Evidence Action, an NGO working on poverty alleviation.
The MoU focuses on safe drinking water supply through in-line chlorination technology - an innovative disinfection system integrated directly into village water pipelines.
