Kolhapur, April 20 -- In an unfortunate incident, a woman college professor and a school girl died when the wall of a house collapsed on them during the demolition of an old house, at Ajara tehsil town of this district.
Another woman was injured.
According to Ajara police, the woman professor and her mother, along with a school girl, were walking down a short road, when suddenly a wall collapsed on them, as a JCB machine was engaged in demolishing an old house.
In this incident, the professor and the school girl were killed on the spot, as the debris collapsed on them, while the professor's mother was injured. She was admitted at the Ajara health center.
