Thrissur/Kochi, June 18 -- Renowned French-Algerian artist and curator Kader Attia has said that Kochi's unique blend of cultures, histories and traditions played a decisive role in shaping his vision for the seventh edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
In a conversation with Kochi-Muziris Biennale President Jitish Kallat, Attia recalled that growing up in the multicultural suburbs of Paris exposed him to people of different faiths, ethnicities and traditions, experiences that profoundly influenced his artistic practice.
