Hyderabad, Feb. 26 -- Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday participated in the inauguration ceremony of the renovated Padmasali Kalyana Mandapam at West Marredpally, Nehrunagar, Secunderabad.
Speaking on the occasion, Kishan Reddy said that the Padmashali Seva Samiti has been actively undertaking several service-oriented programmes for the welfare of the Padmashali community. As part of these efforts, the Kalyana Mandapam has been renovated with modern amenities to make it more accessible and affordable for poor and middle-class families.
He noted that the Seva Samiti is also supporting the community through initiatives such as old age homes, hostels and scholarships for economically weaker sections.
