Hyderabad, Sept. 25 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday criticised Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi over his "vote chori" allegations against the Election Commission, saying the Congress leader appeared to trust the poll panel only when his party won elections.
In a statement, Reddy alleged that the Congress was attempting to undermine public confidence in constitutional institutions after electoral setbacks.
He also criticised Gandhi's remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Referring to Telangana, Reddy alleged that 10 MLAs elected on other party tickets were subsequently brought into the Congress after it formed the government in the State.
