Los Angeles, March 23 -- Oscar-nominated actor Kirsten Dunst has officially joined Primetime Emmy nominee Sydney Sweeney in "The Housemaid's Secret", the sequel to the 2025 hit "The Housemaid".
The film is based on the second instalment in Freida McFadden's popular Housemaid book series. Paul Feig returns to direct and produce, alongside Todd Lieberman, through Hidden Pictures.
Screenwriter Rebecca Sonnenshine, who adapted the first book into last year's hit film, also returns to write The Housemaid's Secret. Michele Morrone will return to star as Enzo, reprising his role from the first film. Carly Elter, who oversaw the first movie for Hidden Pictures, is returning as executive producer.
