Bengaluru, June 16 -- Biocon Executive Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw on Tuesday endorsed Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar's vision of transforming Bengaluru into a world class city, signalling strong industry support for the state government's urban development agenda.
During a meeting with Shivakumar, who also holds the Bengaluru Development portfolio, Mazumdar-Shaw discussed the city's growth trajectory, infrastructure challenges and the roadmap for strengthening Bengaluru's position as a global innovation and technology hub.
Shivakumar said the interaction focused on collaborative efforts to improve urban infrastructure, mobility, governance and quality of life in the state capital.
