New Delhi, July 16 -- Congress President and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking an all-party meeting to deliberate on the government's reported plans regarding the revised 131st Constitution Amendment Bill, a move that comes days before the commencement of the Monsoon Session of Parliament and amid indications that the legislation could once again trigger a political confrontation.
