Chennai, April 19 -- Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday evening voiced strong support for Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M. K. Stalin, asserting that "India is behind Stalin" in the fight against the BJP-led Centre on the delimitation row in the wake of the Bill failing passage in Parliament due to lack of two-thirds majority by a determined opposition, led by Congress.
