Itanagar, June 22 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Monday underscored the importance of environmental conservation while participating in a mass rhododendron plantation drive in Tawang, describing it as a vital step towards preserving the region's rich ecological heritage.
Stating that every sapling planted today strengthens forests, protects mountains and preserves biodiversity, Khandu said such initiatives help leave a richer natural legacy for future generations.
