Itanagar, March 31 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday chaired the 6th Governing Body Meeting of the State CAMPA Authority, reaffirming the government's commitment to ensuring that development and environmental conservation progress hand in hand.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized adherence to the provisions and spirit of the Compensatory Afforestation Fund Act, 2016, underlining the importance of sustainable practices in the State's developmental agenda.
He reiterated that ecological preservation remains a key priority for Arunachal Pradesh, given its rich biodiversity and forest cover.
