Nirmal (Telangana), April 13 -- Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao on Monday said the party's victory in Khanapur, though small in scale, sends a strong message that people in the state are looking for political change.
Speaking to the media at Khanapur in Nirmal district, he said BJP candidate Ankam Mounika Mahender has formally assumed office and received a grand welcome.
He described the win as an indication of growing public support for the party.
