Srinagar, Sept. 23 -- Chairman of the Kashmir Farmers Federation (KFF), Advocate Abdul Rashid Hanjura, on Wednesday raised concerns over the ongoing digitisation of land records in Jammu and Kashmir, alleging several discrepancies and lapses in the process.
Addressing a press conference, Hanjura said the government must address key concerns of farmers, particularly the preservation of agricultural land, strict implementation of land-use policy and prevention of conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes, especially commercial establishments.
