Thiruvananthapuram, June 27 -- Kerala will launch 'Janajagratha Portal', India's first public digital platform for confidential anti-drug reporting, on July 1 as part of the state's 'Mayangilla Keralam' campaign, Excise Minister M. Liju announced on Friday.
The portal will allow citizens to anonymously report information on the sale and use of narcotic substances and register for de-addiction and counselling services. The minister assured that the identities of informants would remain strictly confidential and that their safety would be fully protected.
