Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 18 -- Around 35 services of the Kerala Police are now available at the fingertips of the public through POL-APP, the official mobile application of the state police, which allows citizens to access various services online without visiting a police station.
The application, launched in June 2020, has received a good response from the public, with nearly 17 lakh people having downloaded it so far. It has secured a rating of 4.4 out of 5 on the Google Play Store and 4.0 out of 5 on the Apple App Store.
The primary objective of POL-APP is to make police services available to the public within a short period through a convenient online platform.
